Shienar is a country located in the north-easternmost point of the Westlands.

Description
Shienar is one of the Borderlands, and guards the easternmost part of the Blight. The Mora River forms the western border between Shienar and Arafel. The sigil of Shienar is a stooping black hawk.
Culture
Clothing and Appearance
Shienarans are noted for their extremely pale hair and eyes. Shienaran soldiers shave most of their head, leaving only a topknot, whereas menials have bowl haircuts.
