Gailen Griff is an Andoran Green Oathsworn Asha'man of the Grey Tower.

Biography

Trained as a blacksmith when I was young, Large muscles and broad shoulders have aided in training with my father. He has played a major role in my life, and I loved him deeply. He died at Trolloc hands after the Dragon Reborn came to Baerlon. He tought me to be very skilled with a sword, and his murderer died with the blade I made for myself when I began training. My eyes are a wintry blizzard of light blue. My hair, coming down about a third of my forehead and cut very short in the back, is a golden brown. I am 6 feet, 8 inches tall, and have a brown goatee around my mouth. My face is hard and built on a strong neck.

I have always walked in the Light. My father, who was from the Two Rivers, taught me a technique called the Flame and Void, which I now use to channel the one power. My mother, whom also died in the Trolloc raid, was from Caemlyn. I was born in the Mountains of Mist when my mother and father were hiking through, to give birth in a special place. I am an only child, and have inherited my family's riches since their passing.

A friend of mine told me about the white tower. She told me to seek training there after I had explained to her about strange feelings I got when I did the Flame and Void technique. This was very soon after the onslaught on Baerlon. She was a novice at the time, and a great friend. Now, I do not know. We lost contact after I moved into the tower.

I will use all of the power I have to fight the Shadow, and will support the Dragon Reborn until my death. I love the Light, and may it protect myself and all who love it and hate the Shadow.
