First Arch
Ithan stared at the Arch with pure horror. This was his third time before the Arches, each time before he had refused. This time he had to go in. A bright flash of light shone around Ithan as he steped in. Suddenly Ithan was clothed again, in a Soldier uniform. The sky was filled with grey ominious clouds, and it was raining as if the Creator himself were crying. Suddenly someone grabed hims arm and said, "Run Ithan! Run!" Ithan looked up and saw it was Dedicated Sorvelis! Then he hear mean screaming far off. It was the Asha'man from the Black Tower! Ithan ran as fast as he could following Sorvelis. His short legs straining to cover as much ground. Suddenly a large explosion went off about 50 feet away. A fireball. Ithan began to cry, light, could he get away again? He couldn't see Sorvelis anymore. Itha stoped and a tree burst into flames near him. Right then he saw...two white doorways? Looking down the boy saw Sorvelis, "Go Ithan throught the Gateway ! to the Grey Tower. I'll be right behind you." Sorvelis said coughing up some blood. Ithan began running for the door way as he had before, when he stoped. No, not his one, the other! Ithan turned and began running for next door way. Sorvelis screamed out, "What are you doing Ithan?! Not that one! NOT THAT ONE!!!!!!!!" Sorvelis screamed as Ithan steped through.
Second Arch
Still crying Ithan stepped through, he didn't want to do this anymore! He wanted to stop. Ithan found himself in the Grey Tower. He wore his oversized Soldier uniform. Looking up he saw Phylia Sedai looking down on him with the crueles emerald green eyes he had ever seen. "Uh, h-hello Phylia S-Sedai" Ithan studered. The Women just looked down and said, "Speak not to me worm. Childish, foolish, histerical fool!" The women yelled out. Ithan took a few steps back in fear. But the woman reached out and took hold of Ithan by his colloar. "Did you really think we would accept someone as cowardly as you? Did you?!" Ithan cringed, closed his eyes and turned his face away from the Aes Sedai. This is not happening, this is not happening, he told himself. "Whats the matter boy? Think I can't hurt you becaues of the Three Oaths? Ha! Never forget this coward. I don't need the One Power to hurt you. Right then Ithan saw a silver behind the Aes Sedai. But, but ! he was too afraid to pull away from her. Musttering all the courage he could find in his little heart, Ithan pushed away from the Aes Sedai and ran through the Arch.
Third Arch
Ithan stepped through and found himself in...his house! His very own house! Ithan was so happy he didn't even know what to do. Suddenly Ithan realized that Bisicki was in his hands! "Bisicki, I'm so happy your still alive! Were's Mumsy? Lets go find Musmy! Ithan ran through his house lookin for his beloved Mumsy. Ithan passed by a mirrior and realized that he was wearing the Black uniform, with a Yellow cord! "Wow." Ithan kept walking and began yelling out, "Mumsy! Oh Mumsy!" Walking upstairs the small framed boy walked to his mothers bedroom, inside he saw his mother, her straigh grey hair in a braid, lying in the bed. She...she was so thin. "Mumsy, Mumsy, whats the matter? Oh why are you so thin Mumsy?" His loving mother looked over and said, "I'm sick, Ithan, I'm dying." Ithan's eyes began to tear up just upon her saying that. "Oh no, Mumsy, you can't die, I'll heal you don't worry." Right the a silver arch appeared in the room. Ithan couldn't believe! it. No! Not know, I can't leave her! I can't. tears began to gush out his pale blue eyes. "I have to leave Mumsy. I'm so sorry, Mumsy." His mother reached out with her arms and said, "Ithan, my only child, please, please don't leave Mumsy like these. Ithan! I love you, don't leave meeeeeee." Ithan stepped through crying.
