On a beautiful breezy day, where clouds were not to be seen and the sun was shining proudly for all to see. A young man decides to take a stroll to a nearby village. He has a free day today, all the Novices and Soldiers were relaxing and taking a break from their studies. Considering Riven was a soldier he was not allowed to leave tower grounds unless accompanied by a full Aes'Sedai or Asha'man, he had chosen simple clothes for his brief stroll, so as not to be caught. Simple brown trousers with a clean white shirt, and a grey cloak with what people keep calling stout two rivers shoes.

After the last couple of months of interacting with the Yellow and Indigo Ajah heads, and also the Keeper of the Chronicles and Master of Soldiers, Riven had to be careful. To many knew who he was and knew his face. But he grew up in the streets of Caemlyn, he knew how to be discreet, and sneak away.

Calmly walking through the servant's quarters he leaves by a service entrance. Walking through the trees and shadows so not to be seen by watchful eyes. At least that's what he hoped he walk with purpose towards the village. not letting himself appear paranoid as not to make himself appear obvious.

Of all the strange things he sees on his journey is a wolf lying at a woman's feet, relaxing away. He calmly walks on by, being fairly far away he has not a shadow of a doubt they both knew he was there, yet they were not really looking in his direction.

Deciding to hurry on by he walks at a faster pace until he reaches town. Hoping to get a fresh meat pie while its early, and of course to keep his hide from possible angry wolves he might not be seeing.

Noticing the vendor, Riven enquires about how fresh the pies are, satisfied he throws him a few coppers extra then owed, and went on his way. Seeing a book vendor, Riven begins to walk towards it when he hears a woman scream loudly, from what seems like the alley. Arriving there a large man with a huge scythe is attempting to remove forcefully the clothes of what can be seen now as not a woman, but a lass of at least 16 years.

"Get away from her!" Riven screams as he unsheathes his Dadao.

"You wanna fight boy? Bring it then and lets see what you got yes? So i can resume my fun." The large oath replies, with a Amadician accent. Rushing Riven he unsheathes his scythe with unbelievable speed, slashing Riven down his chest before even having the chance to finish unsheathing his sword. Jumping to the side and rolling back towards his feet Riven does the Courtier Taps His Fan to Tower of Morning to the Boar Rushes Down The Mountain very quickly. Deflecting another slash at the end he then then attempts to flow back into Tower of Morning to cleave him but the cloaked man jumps back and runs away, laughing maniacally. Moments later the guards rush into the alley behind Riven, having been reported a commotion by a young Kandoran.

What appears to be the captain looks him over before stepping towards him, Riven takes out a paper stating that he is a soldier of the grey tower, quickly explains to them what happened here and a brief description of the man, and also mentioning his Amadician accent, before leaving the village, carefully not giving his name. Last thing he wanted was to be caught by someone of higher rank.

Passing through the gates he notices the young girl crying in her mother's arms. Hoping she will be all right he holds his wound closed with his handkerchief and walks back to the tower. Not even thinking of the possible wolves in the woods. Not even knowing who that man was, or what he may be.
