Description

Calile is a tall, stocky teenager with mousy brown hair and muddy brown eyes. She's the unwanted eldest daughter of a minor Cairheinen noble, she's pouty and petulent at best, surly and bitter at worst.

Biography

Celile was stuck in her room when it was suppose to be her and her twins coming out party. But after she had ripped her sister's dress, knocked over a tray of tea on to her mother and burned Celile's best gloves, her mother told her to go to her room and stay there. So while her twin was out there on the dance floor having the time of her life meeting boys and making connections that would make her family proud, Celile was in her room doing her least favorite thing in the world, crosstitching.

After she pricked her finger for the hundredth time that night she lifted the whole thing and was about to chuck it into the fire, when her mother came through the door.

"Celile!" She rushed over and grabbed it out of her hands. "Just what do you think you were doing?!" Her mother fumed.

"I'm no good at this mother. I hate this, all I do is bleed on the thing and no one wants a bloody pillow." Her mother sighed.

"And would you want me to do, Celile? Your father and I have been in talks to marry you to one of the other families here in the city but it seems that everyone has been privy to your exploits and they don't want you anywhere near their sons. Even ghastly Rupert's father would rather take a toad than you."

Her father bustled in, his large belly making an enterance well before he did.

"Well? Have you told her?" he sneered.

"I was getting to that, dear." she turned to her daughter, "We were talking to some of the other parents at the party dear and it seems it's quite in fashion to send children to the Grey Tower to be tested for the Spark-"

"Parhaps you do this family some good by being an Aes Sedai." Her father interrupted. Celile just stood there mutely. I always knew this would happen some day. Better now then later I suppose.

By morning her things were packed and her mother stood resolutely by her side as her luggage was put on the carriage. Once they were in place she was shoved unceremoniously into the carriage. After a month of hard travel, they finally arrived.

She was hustled into the Mistress of Novices' office and the door slammed shut behind her. After what she thought was a grueling hour (probably only being a few short minutes) she was on the other side of the door and she could hear her mother screaming about the distance that she crossed not they but the ride she had to endure and the begging and pleading she did to try and get her to take her daughter. But no amount of screaming, crying and yelling could change the fact that Celile was as Talentless they came.

Her mother pinched her ear and dragged her down the stairs and across the grounds to a large building off to the side. She was then hauled up more flights of stairs and thrown in the Master of Training's office to join the Warders.

When she came out her mother was gone and her things stacked against the wall next to the door.
