Ahura Mazda is an Aiel White Oathsworn Aes Sedai of the Grey Tower.
Description
Ahura Mazda is quite unlike her Aiel family. It is true that she is tall and incredibly strong, but her long hair is raven black. Her golden eyes are large and slightly slanted. She has high cheekbones, which make her look exotic and dangerous. Her skin is snow-white and never gets burned or tanned. Her only jewel is a silver anklet she cannot take off. She wears three raven feathers in a thin braid on the left side of her face, and there is a thin scar running across her right cheek from her cheekbone to the corner of her mouth.
Personality
At first Ahura Mazda is a little bit naive and not very experienced at politics. She is well known both for her fighting skills and her beautiful voice that enchants wild animals. She is used to be alone and does not feel very well in large groups of people. Ahura Mazda is brave and likes danger as well as adventures. She has a sense of humor, and cannot live without laughter. She is very loyal to the people she loves and is capable of great sacrifices for them. Ahura Mazda often thinks about life and death, love, revenge, friendship, and faith, so she is something of a philosopher. For now she does not believe in true love, and those who have tried to win her heart were deeply disappointed.

Biography
Very little is known about the childhood of Ahura Mazda. In his youth her father Telerig traveled with eleven of his friends very far to the East, but only Telerig came back with great wealth, a wife, and a child. When Telerig came back, Ahura Mazda was already five years old.
Because of her strange eyes Ahura Mazda was called Golden Eyes and was often ostracized by the other children. In order to prove herself she worked very hard to become the fastest, and the strongest. Despite her excellence, she was never able to blend completely with the community.
She had but one true friend-Kaim’chal, who was the son of the chief.
On the eve of her eighteenth birthday Ahura Mazda was preparing to become a Maiden of the Spear, but the old Wise One died and the small sept was attacked by Shaido. They killed everyone including the children. The only one who is known to have survived is Ahura Mazda who was far away from the village, exploring a desolate city high up in the Spine of the World. When she came back she found the dying fire and ashes. Some remaining Shaido saw her and attacked her. She killed many, but she was wounded. Soon she was surrounded and felt her strength giving away. Ahura Mazda was enraged that the murderers of her sept would go unpunished and felt a strange sensation all over her body. With a savage cry she released all her wrath. Afterwards she says she does not remember what happened, and her next memory is in the woods on the other side of the Spine of the World.
For a long time Ahura Mazda lived like a wild animal steeling food from nearby farms. The rumors of the strange creature haunting the woods reached the ears of an Aes Sedai who was passing through those parts, and she decided to check out what was going on. She found Ahura Mazda in an abject state, but immediately sensed her potential at channeling. With much care and patience she won the trust of Ahura Mazda and took her to the Grey Tower for further care and training.
